Members of the Board are selected by the nominating committee and voted on annually by the regular membership at the 1^st regular meeting in February of each year.

Algood Business Association meets the 1^st Thursday of every month at 5:30 pm at Institutional Wholesale Company located at 535 Dry Valley Rd., Algood TN. (Upstairs Sales Room) ABA meets six times a year in the following months: February 7^th, April 3^rd, June 5^th, August 7^th, October 2^nd and December 4^th. The meetings usually last from 1-1 ½ hours.
